He married my Nan is Shropshire but they moved to Birmingham and had three children. My Grandad is now 87 and my Nan is now 79. They still live in Birmingham and this photo is known for my Grandad apparently saying he looks like James Bond.

This is my favourite photo of my late parents Iran and Joyce. Dad was born in Portland Jamaica and came to England in January 1954 and met the love of his life, our wonderful mother Joyce, who was born in Saltley, Birmingham. They met at work at the Co-Op Meat Depot, Albert Street, Birmingham at the Christmas works do. They had their first kiss under the mistletoe. Dad and Mom didn't have much money but this photo was taken for a special reason: to sent to Jamaica so Dad's mother could have a photo of her son and his family. This photo was taken in 1957 as Dad's mother Adina in Jamaica requested a photo of her son Iran, wife Joyce and her two Grandsons. Sadly Adina never had the chance to meet her Grandchildren so this photo was important and stayed on her wall in Jamaica till her sad passing. I'm not in the photo as I wasn't born then! The couple went on to have a total of five children.
