GENERATIONS :
FAMILY PHOTO GALLERY
Stephen Fell
Taken in May 2012, this is four generations of the Fell family. My father, sitting, was from a family of six, four brothers and two sisters. The other three brothers only had daughters so I was the only male Fell to continue the family name. Fortunately I had a son and this was the day that Great Grandad Fell got to hold his Great Grandson, George, for the first time.

Lyn di Mascio
This is my nonna and nonno. Her parents fled Italy. They had il baccio della morte. The mafias kiss of death. Maria Carmina eloped with Giuseppe (my great grandparents). She had been promised to someone else. They jumped on the first boat not knowing the destination. When they arrived here they were sent to Birmingham where they set up a boarding house in the old Italian quarter. Giuseppe also made ice cream and sold it.

This image was taken on 14th April in the year of 2006 in Birmingham in a shop where photographs are taken by professionals. The one in blue is me and the one in red is my sister and the little boy is my brother and the adults are my father and mother. This image shows how love is important in the family and how we can't stay away from each other.

My paternal Grandparents with four of their boys during WW1. My Granddad worked in Cadbury’s Bridge St factory and moved to Bournville to raise his family. All five boys spent the whole of their working lives at Cadburys apart from taking part in WW2.
My Grandparents George and Emma Jane Beale, with their boys William, Frank, Arthur and Wilfred. Their eldest son George was away at war.

Peter Woodhall
Marriage of Edwin (Ted) Woodhall to Barbara McNaughton in 1950. The bridesmaid in Patricia Ann Cheshire. The man holding the baby is Ted's brother, Jack Woodhall and the baby is me Peter Woodhall. On Jack's right is his wife Lucy and on his left his brother Bryan. To the right of the groom is Emily Woodhall (nee Bryan), the Mother of the groom. The picture is special as it is only at weddings that so many family members are in one place at the same time for a photo. Family lived in Gravelly Hill and Erdington at the time, although the marriage was registered in Sutton Coldfield. I'm not sure of the church.
