The title of the exhibition ‘Thrift Radiates Happiness’ comes from an inscription found carved across a main beam within the building. The artists exhibiting new work include emerging Birmingham based photographer Julie Tsang who makes work influenced by environments and placing emphasis on the value that a building can have towards societal values and culture.
